A couple of weeks ago, I went to the Pungo Wine Festival with my husband and my girl-friends. We had a wonderful time. I thought about my characters in my book, Starlight Wishes, Luke and Jen. They attend the Pungo Wine Festival in that book along with Luke's mom and stepdad, and I had fun writing that chapter and the things that were going on. As you can see from the pictures below, there are a lot of tents for each winery represented, and also the cars really do park out in the horse field. This time of year, it was full of buttercups.
